Comfort Inn Petersburg Near Fort Gregg-Adams

I thought I had a great experience at this hotel until I was charged for damages to a comforter that I never never slept under had the hotel send me pictures and I different didn’t do try talking to the owner of the hotel had an attitude and got very rude with me, but the whole time we stayed there was very nice and kind and everybody else was very kind at the hotel, but I will not tolerate being in charge for something I did not do and I will stand on that because the picture they sent me that thing looks very old and if it didn’t come out then and what they don’t know is about bleach to get out the stains from my make up and that’s not even a make up stain that he showed me that is the old rusted brown stain that looks like it’s been in that comforter so thanks but no thanks and our company put us at a comfort inn for this first time in a long time normally I stay at Hilton and Marriott and I am never in my life. I am 49 years old. Ain’t never been charged a damage fee with my kids being small. I don’t play that I have a very nice house and very more expensive comforters and what is at the comfort suite and I do not respect the fact that I couldn’t even communicate with him and he told me he charged me with an attitude. Yeah, he’s a business owner, but I thought that was very rude and the dryers don’t work and I asked for my $2.50 back and he said he requested when he could’ve gave my two dollars and 50 Cent back even though they dry my clothes for me that steel was inappropriate so thank you and no thank you and I’ll be let my company know that we will not be using you guys Again . And when you have business owner, you can’t treat everybody the same because you’re a business owner you need to find out you’re gonna tell me on the phone that you can’t get the stain out. You’re gonna charge my car without calling me and that stain did not come for me. I guarantee you because I checked the comforter. That’s why the room was stripped. I always tripped my rooms not because I did anything wrong. It’s because what I do as a person and respect because if I left it staying like that, then the rest of your room would’ve been messed up

I came in with no reservation late night as I was traveling and needed to rest. The girl at the front desk was happy to assist me and also was very friendly. She got me a room right away and also informed me of breakfast and amenities. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The coffee bar was great and breakfast was just what we needed.
